Naples Bears Registration Information
Our organization practices at Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park at 810 39th Ave NE, Naples, FL 34120. Fall practice begins Monday, August 1st. Practice will be Monday-Friday from August 1st through August 12th. Practice will resume on August 16th on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for the remainder of the season.
All NEW players will NEED to create an online account to register for 2022 fall season!
1. Click on the green "REGISTER" button on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.
2. Create a Username and Password (write it down).
3. Enter required information for the parent and child.
4. Upload Child's Picture. (Optional)
5. Pay.
Required Player Documentation: Paperwork hand in dates are June 30th and July 14th from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Palmetto Ridge High School football field.
Please fill out the player registration form. This form needs to be filled out in addition to registering online.
All Players/Cheerleaders are required to submit an ORIGINAL Physical Fitness Form completed by a physician. The player/cheerleader will be not be allowed to practice if they do not have a completed Physical.
Birth Certificate
All NEW players/cheerleaders are required to turn in an ORIGINAL birth certificate and a copy.
Volunteer Opportunity- Volunteer Form
We are run entirely by volunteers; a true collective effort on the part of our Board members, coaches and league families. The generous donation of time from our coaches and families is why the Naples Bears are so successful on and off the field. If you would like to volunteer, please fill out the form.
***PLEASE COMPLETE ALL DOCUMENTS, PRINT AND HAND-IN AT ONE OF OUR SCHEDULED REGISTRATION DATES TO DROP OFF FORMS.
No Refunds! A $50 deposit will be kept in the event of the season being cancelled or if a team is cancelled due to not enough players. Registration fees are nonrefundable.
